Refund policy

We take great pride in making quality soy wax candles and products. There are slight variations even in the the same products which is what makes hand crafted products unique. All our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaging. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We require photographic proof to be submitted to us at candles@velalita.com in order to send a replacement item.
