Cardamom Cream

We once tasted Tanzanian coffee that was spiced with Cardamom and it was like discovering creamer for your coffee all over again. We've since tried cardamom in just about every baking and pastry recipe we have and it does not disappoint. It brings a warmth and depth to almost any holiday treat and we finally figured out how to capture some of that warmth in a candle.
